Thank you for choosing Evigale. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that come into direct contact with the skin.
Exceptions
We will only consider returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Product Defects: If the product is proven to be defective and remains unopened.
- Incorrect Product: If you received an item that does not match your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Claim Process
If you believe your product meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the product.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-7 business days.
Approved Claims
- If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arranging an exchange.
- Any shipping costs related to approved returns or exchanges will be covered by us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
